1. Basic Shapes

Create a circle using elliptical shape tool.



Press Ctrl+J to create a duplicate layer. Press Ctrl+T, scale up and move a bit to the right side.



Select the circular path using path selection tool. Press Alt key and drag to create a duplicate path in same layer as shown below.



From options bar at the top click "Subtract from shape area".





Press Ctrl+J to create a duplicate layer.



Press Ctrl+T and rotate the two layers as shown below.



Select the lower shape layer. Press Ctrl+T and scale up horizoantally to create an iconic shell shape.

2. Layer Styles

Select the shell layer. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.




Apply same layer style to the other part of the shell layer.



Select the pearl layer. Scale down a bit. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.




Duplicate layer. scale down and place as shown. Apply some outer glow layer style.



3. Finishing Touches

Select and duplicate both pearl layers. Merge the duplicate layers together and change the layer mode to overlay. This will add a shining pearl finish.



Add the text and punchline using a nice font.
