[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’

[3]-Now fill the selection with ‘a2eb05′ color & then select ‘Burn Tool’

[5]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of ‘Pen Tool’

[6]-Now fill the selection with ‘f0eeee’ color & then go to Blending Options select ‘Inner Shadow’ & use the following settings

[7]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[8]-Like this create the others & after that create the following selection with the help of ‘Elliptical Marquee Tool’ with hold Shift

[9]-Now Open New Layer [this layer should below all layers] & then fill the selection with ‘000000′ color & then go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur & use the following settings
