Today i would like to share how to create fantastic effect in photoshop. IN this tutorial we use fnatastic method to make this effect. So, why not have a try...
In this tutorial learn how to use Selective Color to add subtle tones to greyscale images.
First open up your photo in Photoshop.
The Image I’ve used can be downloaded here.Go to Image> Mode> Grayscale, then Image> Mode> RGB Color.
Now duplicate the background layer twice.
Change the middle layer’s blending mode to Screen, and set it’s Opacity to 20%.Change the top layer’s blending mode to Screen, and set it’s Opacity to 50%.
Next we’ll add a Selective Color layer.
Click on the adjustment layer button at the bottom of your layers panel and choose Selective Color.
Position this layer below the top layer.
Choose Whites from the drop-down box and use the setting shown above.
Then choose Neutrals and use the settings shown above.
So we’ve introduced strong reds to the shadows, and softer blue and yellow hues to the midtones and whites.
Finally take the Selective Color layer’s Opacity down to 50%.
Hope you enjoy it & learn something new from this tutorial.
