Design a blue chrome background image using photoshop

 

[1]- First of all open a new document size=420x420 pixel
96 resolution, RGBcolor mode

[2]- Fill with any nice color here I have fill
pink color and now press "D" on your key board
now go to Filter>Render>Difference clouds

[3]- Press Ctrl+F 3or4 times now your
image will look like this

 

[4]- Go to Filter>Scketch>Chrome
and use the following settings

[5]- Your image should look like this

 

[6]- Press the Ctrl+F

[7]- Now go to Image>Adjustment>Lavels
use the following settings

[8]- Press the Ctrl+U and use the following settings

[9]- Your image has been completed
