First take a new page with the size of 500×400 px with the background color #846A84 and #6C1F1F which is I have used you can use any color according to your choice.

now take horizontal tool and write a text which is you like to to design. like this I have used.
with the color of #cc571d .

Step:3
next step you have to follow the steps. used from the menu Layer>Layer Style>Blending Option… for the further steps.
