New Feature techniques photoshop tutorial that gives Brushed metallic look

 

In this photoshop tutorial I have used tips and new features that will teaches you how to use photoshop tools to turn a text into satin nickel brushed metal surface or textured material.



 

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Take the custom shape tool and apply these settings which are given below.

[3] Draw a shape resembling to I in the new layer.

[4] Make a colour which is the 50% gray as shown in the image below.

[5] Fill the colour to it and your image will be like this one.

[6] By using the shape tool make another alphabet as i have made the A as in the image below.

[7] Merge all the layers.

[8] Goto Blending options>Bevel & Emboss and apply these settings.

[9] Apply the graph of glass contour as given below.

[10] Goto Blending options>Bevel & Emboss>Contour and apply these settings.

[11] Apply the graph of contour as given below.

[12] Your image will be like this as shown below.

[13] Click on the layer with the
Cntrl and selection will be appeared.

 

[14 ]Goto Select>Modify>Contract and apply these settings.

[15] Fill the selection with white colour in a new layer as given below.

[16] Apply the noise of given quantity which is shown in the image below.

[17] Image will be like this.

[18] Goto Filter>Blur>Motion Blur apply these settings.

[19] Your image will be like this.

[20] Goto Blending options>Bevel & Emboss and apply these settings.

[21] Make the background black as in the next image.

[22] You can make it more attractive by applying some stars and changing background as good as like this.
